Sustainable Cooperation
In the knitting stage of fleece production, synthetic yarns are knitted in special machines to form the structure of the fabric. With this process, a soft, light and heat-trapping fleece fabric is obtained.
In the dyeing stage of fleece production, the knitted fabric is coloured in special dyeing machines. With this process, the fabric gains the desired colours and patterns as well as colour permanence and durability.
In the finishing stage of fleece production, the fabric is given a final treatment to make it softer, smoother and more suitable for use. The finishing process improves the performance of the product by increasing the fabric's water resistance, anti-bacterial properties or extra thermal insulation.
In the quality control phase of fleece production, each product is meticulously examined. The fabric's texture, colour matching, dye retention and other technical characteristics are checked. If any defects or faults are detected, the products are corrected or sorted out so that only high quality products are made available for end use.
After quality control, fleece fabrics are stored in an organised manner and made ready for shipment. After the products are packaged in appropriate conditions and in a way that will not be damaged, they are directed to logistics processes to be shipped to be delivered to customers on time.
